The version in force. Signing in requires accepting it.

Version v2026-04-25

v2026-04-25 · EFFECTIVE 04/25/2026

1. Acceptance. By accessing PACC Trac you agree to these terms on behalf of the organization named in your account.

2. Accounts and roles. Access is granted per person and per scope. Credentials are not shared, and an account is revoked when the person leaves the organization it was granted for.

3. Operational records. Fill tickets, procedure runs, check-ins, movements and documents are records of work performed at a facility. They are retained as evidence and are not editable after the fact.

4. Safety. PACC Trac records safety gates; it does not perform them. No refusal, hold or checklist in this product replaces the operator's own judgement or the producer's written procedures.

5. Customer data. A customer sees its own loads, tickets and documents. Contract terms, pricing and platform rollups are not customer-visible.

6. Documents. Certificates and inspection records uploaded here are copies. The physical article on the trailer governs.

7. Availability. The service is provided as-available. Scheduled maintenance is notified in advance where practicable.

8. Confidentiality. Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential.

9. Termination. Either party may terminate on notice; operational records already created are retained.

10. Changes. PACC Trac may publish an updated version of these terms. Continued use requires acceptance of the version in force at your next sign-in.

PACC Trac is operated by PACC.
